Meats is a family business. Brother and sister Darrel Timm and Janice
Ravndahl had the idea to start feeding the cattle wine over an episode
of "The F Word." Although Gordon Ramsay was feeding his pigs beer the
debate started. Living in the Okanagan surrounded by vineyards wine
seemed like a better fit so they decided to try wine with the cattle.
At first it was just for personal use but the end result was so much
better than expected that they decided it needed to be shared with the
world. With the help of chef Michael Allemeir, Sezmu Meats was born.
Our mission is to celebrate the ultimate pairing of food and wine every day. Come and celebrate with us.
